With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ella Carter of Decatur, Arkansas, born in Stella, Missouri, who passed away on October 10, 2021 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Chester Ethridge and Lily Miller-Ethridge; her husband Milo Carter; her siblings, Lorin, Wayne, Cecel, Willard, Donald "Corky" and Ruth Miller; and her grandson Tyler Weeden.

She is survived by : her children, Tony Weeden of Decatur, AR and Christina Kirk (Jason) of Westville, OK; her siblings, Kenneth Ethridge, Glen Ethridge and Ruby Moss; her grandchildren, Robert Riley, Stephanie Sybert, Lily Weeden, Cheyenne Weeden and Kaiba Kirk; and her daughter-in-law Brandy Weeden. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
