He is survived by: his parents, Tim Smith of Dover, AR and Shelly Smith of Deer, AR; his wife Melisha Middleton; his children, Brenna of Pelsor, AR, Sadie of Pelsor, AR and Stetson of Pelsor, AR; his grandparents, Jimmy Middleton of Western Grove, AR, Janet and Ray Watkins of Jasper, AR; his siblings, Lucas Smith of Deer, AR, Kaylie Hefley (Dalton) of Pelsor, AR, Elizabeth "Arial" Middleton and Dorothy "Annie" Middleton of Deer, AR.; his mother-in-law Glenn (Melanie Collins); and his aunts and uncles, Jimmy Middleton Jr. of Jasper, AR, Amanda Truelove of Deer, AR, Cody (Stephanie Middleton) and Gloria Dixon (Bobby Hamilton). He is also survived by other family members and friends.
