He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer of Atkins; his siblings, Darrell Berry (Evelyn) and Donna Eubanks (Ken); his brother-in-law John Swatzel; and his nieces and nephews, Aaron Swatzel, Ryan Swatzel, Kristin Turnbow, Angie Jones and Ashley Thurman.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital.
