He is survived by : his mother Nichole Johnson (Daniel); his grandparents, John Madison, Marlene Graves and Sharon Johnson; his sister Madison Chiolino (Frank); his aunts, Vickie Pierce (Don) and Melissa Felther (David); his nieces, Evelyn and Emelia Chiolino; his cousins, Ryan, Kelli George and Kourtney Pierce; and his pet Dexter.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Arkansas Game and Fish Youth Hunts.
