He is survived by: his wife Margie Garrison (Caldwell); his children, Lisa Schluterman (Randy) of Delaware, Joe Garrison (Tammy) of New Blaine, Jack Garrison (Janie) of Delaware and Todd Garrison (Olga) of Delaware; and his grandchildren, Rochelle Hern (Tim), Joe Don Garrison, Ryan Garrison (Cassaundra), Briar Garrison (Shelby) and Brock Garrison (Lexi). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
