He is survived by: his mother Kathrine McGalliard Sullins of Delight; his sons, Michael Lee Sullins Jr. (Alisha) of Malvern and Eric Sullins (Cassidy) of Malvern; his siblings, William Robert Sullins of Delight and LaDonna Snow (Houston) of Delight; and his grandchildren, Kaden Kemp, Kaine Sullins, Kaise Sullins, Kash Sullins, Kinsey Sullins, Bentley Sullins, Addison Sullins, Grayson Sullins, Lyncoln Kemp, Juliana McCool and Olivia McCool.
