He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rowe and Marian Shutt Rowe; his wife Sally Rowe; and his siblings, Frank Rowe, Eddie Rowe, Lola Gilbert, William Rowe, Harriet Rowe, Betty Joan Rowe, Lois Buszack, Bobby Rowe, Helen Spicer, Maurice Rowe and Mary Rowe.
He is survived by: his children, David Rowe (Janine) of Canandaigua, Terry Rowe of Walworth, Carol Duke (Richard) of Upper Marlboro, Karen Hardin (Barry) of Marion and Lynn Rowe of Memphis, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Steve McNair, Laurie Rowe, Kathryn LeeAnn Clark, Jeff Cook, Tad Tilton, Kelly Chaparro, Courtney Thornel and Emily Harris; and his siblings, Dwight Rowe of Gosnell, Marian Gothard of Pittsford, Irma Shattuck of Dickson, Herb Rowe of Akin, Jerry Rowe of Akin and John Rowe of Las Vegas, Nevada. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Center.
