She was predeceased by: her parents, Elijah Gammon and Mable Gammon; her husband Herman Dale Caldwell; her daughter Deborah Lynn Caldwell; her daughter-in-law Wanda Sue Caldwell; her siblings, Glendall, Eddie, Melvin Gammon, Leta Mae Gammon, Lela Fay Sepulvado, Shirley Treat and Sandra Watkins; and her sisters-in-law, Faye Martin, Wanda Caldwell and Linda Garner.
She is survived by: her children, Herman Lee Caldwell (Illean) of Hot Springs, AR, James Caldwell of Broken Bow, OK, Pamela Perry (Jimmy) of Broken Bow, OK, Sheila K Dean (John) of Durant, OK and Melisa Greenlee (Charles) of Broken Bow, OK; her sister Brenda Venable (Charles) of Maud, TX; her grandchildren, Jonie Smith, Abby Lynn Roberts, Christopher Caldwell, Daniellia Edwards, Johnny Caldwell, Brittney Washington, Tabitha Wade, Shalena Karr, Heather Dean, John Casey Dean, Sintra Chipps, Summer Hamm and Kristin Greenlee; and her friends, Daniel Greenlee and Abbie Bird. She is also survived by thirty-six great-grandchildren, seven great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews.
