He is survived by: his parent J. C. Hopper; his children, Charla Hopper of Dermott, Arkansas and Earl Hopper of Dermott, Arkansas; and his siblings, Jerry Hopper (Sherry) of Lake Village, Buddy Hopper (Kristie) of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, Joy Barnes (Bob) of Hamburg and Sharon Burnett (Keith) of Hamburg, Arkansas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends, and other family members.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bellaire Baptist Church (2596 US-65, Dermott, AR 71638). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
