It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Ann Robinson (Dermott, Arkansas), who passed away on July 21, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Burns, Sr. and Molly Brown-Burns; and her sisters, Lizzie Bowden, Scottie Kelly and Sarah Augustine.
She is survived by: her daughter Jo Ann Kilgore; her granddaughters, Mollie and Betty; her children, George Robinson, Jr. of Austin, Jimmie Robinson of Dermott, Arkansas, Mollie Mormon of Texarkana, Betty Kilpatrick of Fayetteville, Jessie Gaston (Jerry) of Camden, Martha Johnson of Camden, Darlene Plummer (Ronnie) of St. Louis, Judy Robinson of Dermott, Sheril Robinson of Huntsville and Pearlene Harris of Dermott, Arkansas; her brother John Burns, Jr. of Chicago, Illinois; and her pet Precious Perry. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren plus three bonus great-grandchildren, two great, great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Washington Memorial Church of God in Christ (211 N Knox St, Dermott, AR 71638). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
