He is survived by: his father Richard Mack Mahfouz of Dermott; and his siblings, Anita Mahfouz Shaw (Dick) of Cabot, Judi Mahfouz McFalls of Tontitown, Beverly Mahfouz Saunders of Colfax, Janet Mahfouz Ashcraft of Dermott, Melissa Mahfouz of McGehee and Mark Steven Mahfouz of Dermott. He is also survived by ten nieces and five nephews, along with numerous extended family.
