She was predeceased by: her parents, Eli Sanders and Willie Lee Sanders; her husband Jimmy Butler; and her siblings, Minnie Lee, Leroy, Earnestine, Maria, Mark, Carolyn, Rosie, Dauphina, Caesar Jr., Mildred, Thomas, Mary Henry, Cal D. Sanders and Walter Earl Sanders.
She is survived by: her children, Cassandra Ware (Bob) and Demetris Butler; her grandchildren, LaRonda Gossitt, Jerry Gossitt Jr. and Aaron Thomas; her great grandchildren, Austyn Mooney and Kimori Lee Sanders; and her siblings, Eli Sanders Jr. of Dermott, Freddie Sanders of Pine Bluff, Milton Sanders (Charlene) of Little Rock, Doris Cleary (Jerry) of Little Rock, Elizabeth Hulsey of St. Louis, Martha Sanders of Dermott, Deloris (Jay) of Rock Island and Marilyn Sanders. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tabernacle Baptist Church (1109 N School St, Dermott, AR 71638). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at the Seven Star Cemetery (111 N Railroad St, Dermott, AR 71638).
