He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Calhoun and Mary Frances Calhoun (Hamilton). He is survived by : his daughters, Shelby and Stacie Calhoun; his siblings, Paula Skarda (Sarah Bloom) of Monticello and Raymond Calhoun (Beth) of Des Arc; and his grandchildren, L. J. O'Neill, Emmalie O'Neill and Audrie Sanner (Becky Acree). He is also survived by friends and relatives.
