Though Sandra may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Ingram and Mildred Ingram (Bunch) of Des Arc; her husband Charles Ramsey; and her brother Bobbie Ray Ingram. She is survived by: her daughters, Dana DeAnne Neeley (Shane Holland) of Fayetteville and Keisha Barnum of Little Rock; her sisters, Carolyn Kennedy of Des Arc, Jan York of Des Arc and Faye Hughes of Des Arc; and her caregivers, Tonya Richards and Angela Sims.
