With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thelma Mae Ripper (Des Arc, Arkansas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 15, 2025 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Stepp and Eloise Stepp; her husband Harold Lee Ripper; her siblings, Amos Stepp, Dorothy White and Marie Sims; her grandson Brent Jackson; and her great grandchild Ben Gore.
She is survived by: her children, T. J. Nelson (Roy), Harold Ripper Jr. and Kenny Ripper; and her grandchildren, Amanda Minton, Brian Jackson, Ryan Ripper (Kristen), Stephanie Dobbins (Rodney), Kelly Ripper, Kim Baker (Charles), Heidi Pippenger (William), Lindsey Martin (Chris), Keith Fisher and Wendy Graham. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren, and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
