It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Woodie Stanley of Des Arc, Arkansas, who passed away on March 25, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Stanley and Melinda Maple Stanley; his spouse Ruthel Shirley; his sister Vinnie Lise; his son Pete Howerton; and his siblings, William, Johnny Stanley and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Stanley (Terra) of Des Arc, Jimmy Howerton of Centerville, LA, Linda Holland (Jimmy) of Des, AR and Louise Wyatt of Cabot; and his sisters, Frances Williams and Dolly Diddle.
