She is survived by: her parents, Kim Hargis and Teresa Hargis of Wilmar; her husband Steven Lepine; her children, Gavin and Gamble Lepine of DeWitt; her parents-in-law, Linda Manis of Maumelle and Emile Lepine Jr. of DeWitt; her uncles, Glen Gates of Warren, Larry Hargis of Monticello and Reggie Hargis of Monticello; her brother Kim C. Hargis of Fayetteville; her sisters-in-law, Julie Barksdale (John) of Fayetteville and Natalie Manis of Rogers; her nephew Cason Hargis of Hermitage; and her nieces, Alexa Hargis of Hermitage, Lauren Petty of Fayetteville, Emily Hayes of Rogers and Hanna Hayes of Rogers.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation or the Alzheimer's Association.
