He was predeceased by : his parents, Delbert Lee Bouscher and Vera Marie Pollard; his stepfather Terrell "Leon" Pollard; his sister JoAnn Wood; and his wife Charlotte Ann McCarty Bouscher.

He is survived by : his siblings, James Hootie Bouscher, Delbert Bouscher, Glenn Pollard and Glenda Coker. He is also survived by three children, eight grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
