Donald Eugene Nugent Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Eugene Nugent of DeWitt, Arkansas, born in Gould, Arkansas, who passed away on September 15, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward Nugent (Charlie) and Annie Lee Burnett Nugent; and his siblings, Earl, Kenneth "Sonny", Jerry, PollyAnna Nugent and Doris Nugent Austin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Shannon Michelle (Charles) and Misty Chelle (Matthew); his wife Janette Faye Branham Nugent; his grandchildren, Jack Brown, Lane (Kara), Garon Adams and Cara Howard (Michael); and his siblings, James Nugent of DeWitt, Charles Ray Nugent of Searcy, Marilyn Sue Nugent of DeWitt, Betty Hughes (Mike) of Conway and Joyce Kennedy (James) of Memphis. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Donald always had a soft spot for St. Jude's Hospital and in lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude's would be most appreciated.
