She was predeceased by: her parents, Eli Childs and Ruby Childs; her siblings, Cora Avery, Willie B. Tyler, Vella Dean Davis and Clarence Childs (Robert Bledsoe); and her son Robert Adale Bledsoe.
She is survived by: her children, Perry Bledsoe of DeWitt, AR, Darnell Bledsoe (Annette) of Stuttgart, AR and Delphine Dorsey, Sr. (Billy) of Ethel, AR; and her sister Louise Jones of Little Rock, AR. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren; and numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
