She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Buck" Isom and Rosie Isom; her husband Lonnie; her son Jackie Childers; her great grandchild Kellison Lillian Childers; and her siblings, Leonard, Henry Isom, Carlena White, Ruby Jane Watson and Rose Rose.

She is survived by: her children, Pat Scroggins (Robert), Larry Childers (Sandra) and Debbie Childers. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 13 great great grandchildren.
