She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Edward and Doris Dean McKay Mitchell; her husband Charlie Edward "Shorty" Hopkins; her children, Phillip Bruce Hopkins, Tara Desha Wright and Michelle McCallie Crow; her grandsons, Seth Allen and Drake Edward Hopkins; and her siblings, Edward Gene Mitchell, Bobbie Dean Watkins and Edna Rene Davis.
She is survived by: her son Mike Hopkins; her grandchildren, Tyler Hopkins (Hannah Turner), Taylor Hopkins (Jennifer), Caleb Hopkins, Kristen Burnett and Dakota Hopkins; her sisters, Mary Clawson (Billy) and Martha Jackson; and her daughter-in-law Donna Hopkins. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
