It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Peggy Jean Hynum (DeWitt, Arkansas), born in Fort Worth, Texas, who passed away on April 4, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Virgil Hynum; her grandparents, Odis, Bessie Hynum and Oneita Williams; and her uncle Homer Hynum.

She is survived by : her mother Jackie Gregory Hynum of DeWitt; her sister Tammie Hynum of Little Rock; her uncle Robert Paul Terrell (Phyllis) of Kaufman, TX; and her friends, Penny Wilson of Little Rock, Robin Pattillo of DeWitt and Bonnie Valentino of Mt. Home.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 7th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Essex Funeral Home (1405 S Grandview Dr, DeWitt, AR 72042). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
