He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Eugene and Gertrude Phillips Bell. He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca England (Wesley) and Kim Lovette (Steve); his granddaughter Karrisa Hutchins (Spencer); his great grandchild Wyatt Hutchins; and his sister Joan McFerrin.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Essex Funeral Home (1405 S Grandview Dr, DeWitt, AR 72042).
