She was predeceased by: her parents, Harmon Lee Hornbeck and Dorothy Mae Bullock Hornbeck; her husband Johnnie "Dub" Jacobs; and her siblings, Eugene Hornbeck, Emma Vansandt and Paulette Criswell.
She is survived by: her sons, Nicky and Scotty Jacobs; her granddaughter Amber Henley; her great grandchild Morgan Henley; and her sister Jeanette Woodiel. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cedarcrest Memorial Gardens (AR-1, DeWitt, AR 72042).
