He is survived by: his girlfriend Tonya Campbell of DeWitt; his children, Zac Fox (Lauren) of Almyra, Courtney Davis (Greg) of Almyra, Heather Fox (Heith Russell) of DeWitt, Tristen Smith of DeWitt and Matthew Pike of DeWitt; and his siblings, Kavin Burnett of Crossett, Ricky Fox of DeWitt, Shane Fox of Texas, Tanya Hageman of Pendelton and Karen Golden of DeWitt. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
