She was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Zach Theodore and Faye Malvrey "Peggy" Prather Carpenter; husband: Billy "Bo" Johnston; sons: Jeff Johnston (Toni) and Jon Johnston (Felicia); grandchildren: Courtney, Logan, Mackenzie, Zach Johnston (Shanna), Alex Cooper (Tori), and Katie Belle DeWitt (Vincent); sister: Dana Carpenter Jones; brothers-in-law: Don Johnston, Tony Silva, and Joe Johnston; cousins: Chuck, Dan, and Jim Carpenter and Prather cousins; other: Daniel Freeman; and many nieces, nephews, friends, former students, and family members.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (322 W 1st St, DeWitt, AR 72042-1904). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
