He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Mannis and Treva Mannis; and his siblings, Aurdry, Danny, Darrell, Larry, David, Ricky Mannis, Lorene Baxter, Maxene Grace, Gail Mannis and Suzie McFarland.

He is survived by : his wife Tommie Jo Mannis; his grandchildren, Chloe Blackwell (Cody), Tessah Luebke (Wyatt), Jonah McPherson (Kiley) and Sophie West; and his brothers, Charles Mannis and Carroll Mannis (Carolyn). He is also survived by two daughters and sons-in-law.
