It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Troy Owens (DeWitt, Arkansas), born in Cisco, Texas, who passed away on April 7, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Owens and Vera Thomas Owens; and his brothers, G. W. Fox and Leon Fox. He is survived by : his wife Nadja McKewen; his children, Todd (Kate) and Joy Owens Mathews (Mike); his brothers, Junior Fox, Ronnie Owens (DeAnna) and Wendell Owens (Hilda); and his close friends, Dr. Eddy Hord, Jim Binam, Jerry Bunn and John Allen Burns. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First Assembly of God (1520 S Grandview Dr, DeWitt, AR 72042).
