He is survived by: his wife Nancy Followell (Shorty); his children, Elmer Followell, Jr., Vicky Followell (Mike Walsh), Peter Followell (Rhonda Pechaco) and Roberta Davis (David Bliss); his grandchildren, Jeffery, Jessie, Christi, Kaitlyn, William and Hannah; his great grandchildren, Deliha and Chance; his sisters, Betty Foley, Irma Hopper and Frances Tomes; and his sister-in-law Ruth Followell.
