She is survived by: her parents, Edward Carter (Rosia) of Cave City and Helen Taylor of Diaz; her son Steven Grigsby (Katie) of Batesville; her siblings, Edward Carter of New York and Rebecca Fortenberry of Newport; her grandfather Onzo Vinson; her grandchildren, Parker Hess and Riley Grigsby; her nieces, Coby Mingues (Jessica), Gabrielle Sutterfield (Zachery) and Emily Long; Angie and Crystal Grigsby of Edgemont. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Dillinger Funeral Home Chapel (2001 AR-367, Newport, AR 72112).
