He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Ashford and Lorene McConnell; his wife Faye Copeland Ashford; and his brothers, John Ashford and James Ashford.
He is survived by: his daughter Pam; his son-in-law Russell McCain of Blossom, TX; his son Brad; his daughter-in-law Kandi Ashford of Maumelle, AR; his grandchildren, Zac, Chelsey Jester of Bogata, Brock, Hannah Ashford of Oklahoma City, Kalli and Parker Glass of Conway, Arkansas; his great grandchildren, Knox Jester and Loxley Jester; his stepgrandchildren, Lindsey, Jay Sherrin of Lewisville, Anna, Charles Robinson of Bentonville, David and Kelly McCain of Roswell, Georgia; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jackson, Larkin, Londyn, Josten Sherrin and Theodore McCain; and his friend Jamie Fannin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
