He is survived by : his wife Rose Jackson; his children, Justin Jackson (Kayla), Amber, Destinie (Dacie Jackson) and Jonathan Jackson (Lucinda Jackson); his sister Marie Wafer (Roy) of Mobile, Alabama; his grandchildren, Aubree, Gauge, Creed, Mattis, Remmington and Quinn of California; and his mother-in-law Patsy Childress (John). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
