We are sad to announce that on April 26, 2023, at the age of 94, Ralph Eual Rand of Dolph, Arkansas, born in Norfork, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Owen Rand and Bulah Cordella Williams Rand; his wife Helen Rand; his children, Rema Stacy, Judy Hale and Tony Rand; and his sister Florine Sanders.

He is survived by : his son Tommy Rand (Sonia) of Mountain Home; his grandchildren, Andy Hale, Sarah Smith, Dusty Wheeler, Cody Stacy, Kendall Rand, Kayla Gardenhire, Kendra Rand and Kevin Rand; and his friend Darlene Dart of Dolph. He is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
