He is survived by: his wife Shirley Boyett (Ryan); his children, Debra Jones of Donaldson, Phil Boyett (Cathy) of Donaldson and Angela Tays of Elkhart, IN.; his grandchildren, Daniel "Jed" Murphy of Malvern, Jamie McKim (Brandon) of Malvern, Rachael Tays of Elkhart, IN, Leah Tays of Indianapolis, IN and Sarah Prichard of Donaldson; and his great grandchildren, Karma Murphy, Deja Murphy, Peyton McKim, Jaelynn McKim and Lucy Prichard. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
