He was predeceased by: his daughter Samantha Shay Jackson; his father Henry Jackson; his brother Chris Jackson; his grandparents, Curtis, Pearl Hall Jackson, Roy and Roberta Siratt Hodges; his father-in-law Buryl Attaway; and his brother-in-law Doug Lawrence.
He is survived by: his wife Robin Attaway Jackson; his daughters, Shawna Jackson Whitehead (Aaron), Ashlee Ritch Wolfe (Harley) and Nila Ritch Shockley (Shelby); his mother Mary Sue Hodges Jackson; his sister Lisa Jackson Lawrence; his sister-in-law Melanie Jackson; his mother-in-law Guyanna Attaway; his grandchildren, Emma, Eva Toska, Joshua, Matthew Whitehead, Ella, Laney, Sypress and Memphis Shockley; and his pets, Ty and Pickles. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
