She is survived by: her sons, David Churchill (Joann) of Clarksville, Charles Churchill (Sherrie) of Newman, IL. and Billy Churchill (Karen) of Russellville; her sister Regenia Shields of Dardanelle; and her grandchildren, Justin Churchill, Scotty Churchill and Melissa Tillman. She is also survived by grandkids and great - great grandkids.
