He was predeceased by: his father James Oliver Millsap. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Humphrey Millsap; his daughter Ashley Miller (Justin); his sisters, Cathy Duvall (Randy) and Cindy Turnbow (Junior); and his grandchildren, Finley and Oakley Miller.
