He is survived by: his great-nephew Phillip Collie II (Rachel) of Harrison; his sons, Conner and Carson; his nieces, Renee Nelson (Eddie) and Tanya Lee (Roger) of Dover; his nephew Billy Anderson (Kim); his siblings-in-law, Paul Lay of Russellville, Roger Lay (Sue) of Dover, Ina Delle Cloud of Dover, Ila Jean Anderson of Dover and Jo Ann Owens of Dover; his caregivers, Tanya Lee, Megan and Lara Ward; Cora Palmer. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nephews and great-nieces; and many other relatives and friends.
