She was predeceased by: her husband Harold W. Stroud; her parents, Troy Hicks and Ruby Hicks; her sons-in-law, Randy Collins and Will Roberds; her grandchildren, Freddy W. Mears, Michael S. Wells, Katherin Mears, Mandee Hinman and Jennifer Hinman; and her siblings, Pat Davis, Emaline Hicks, Peggy Hicks, Ellen Hicks, Dwight Perkins, Jay Hicks and Charles Hicks.

She is survived by: her children, Bill (Robin Taylor), Peggy (Vance Price), Cindy (Jim Whitley), Lynn Mears, Ella Collins, Ruby (Kenneth Hinman), Wayne Stroud, Suzi (Bill George) and Betty Colvin; and her siblings, Linda Fay, Caroline, Joyce, Danny, David and Johnny. She is also survived by twenty four grandchildren; forty four great grandchildren; nineteen great great grandchildren and her friend.

No flowers or cards will be needed and there will not be a service.
