She was predeceased by: her mother Katie Lee Williams (Freeman); her husband Kenneth H. Riggs; and her father Chester Williams. She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth W. Riggs (Maryjean) and Richard H. Riggs (Amanda); her grandchildren, Emily, Ariana, Aiden and Bentley Riggs; and her siblings, R. L. Williams (Shirlene), Ineva Jo Riggs (George), Connie Harmon (Donnie) and Star Rowbotham (Tommy).
