She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ezra and Minnie Ines Hickey Pellham; her husband Bernam Harold Shields; and her siblings, Oscar Pellham, Elmer Pellham, Delbert Pellham and Elsie Churchill.

She is survived by: her daughter Betty; her son-in-law Tommy Barkley; her grandchildren, Amanda (Jordan Underhill) and Kaleb (Ashley Barkley); Karson Underhill, Whitley Underhill, Everly Barkley and Kade Barkley.
