He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Jamell and Shirley Jamell; and his nephew Jeremy Chenowith. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Jamell; his children, Samuel Jamell III, Leslie and Tim Jenkins; his stepsons, Josh Fryar (LeAnna), Eric Fryar (Kayla) and Matthew Fryar (Jessica); and his sister Sherry Diane Sutton (Larry). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
