He is survived by: his wife Genella Garrett Smith of Dover; his children, Mikayla Smith, Rachel Smith and Doug Smith (Emily Roberts-Smith); his sister Lisa Harvell (Bobby); his grandson Justin Smith; his stepsons, Ronnie Cross (Brenna) and Jimmy Cross III; and his stepgrandchildren, Maggie Cross and Asa Cross. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
