He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Berry and Elaine Churchill Berry; and his grandparents, L. J. Churchill, Audra Churchill, Floyd and Ruth Berry.
He is survived by: his wife Mona; his sister Pam Chastain (Ronnie) of Conway; his children, Blake Berry of Fort Smith, Casey Taylor (Jim) of Russellville, Justin Singleton (Melissa) of Dover and Kelsey Scott (Mark) of Rogers; his grandchildren, Asher and Bennett Berry; and his children, Hagen, Gray Taylor, Sadie, Porter Singleton, Anna, Emily and Will Scott. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
