Virginia Ann Chisum Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Virginia Ann Chisum of Dover, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 6, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Virginia Ann may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Virginia Ann touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Moore and Elma Campbell Moore; and her brother-in-law John McPhee. She is survived by: her children, Sheila Chisum Vaughn and Scott Chisum of Dover; her grandchildren, Tesia Chisum Moore (Franklin) of Hector, Chloe Chisum of Russellville, Isaac Chisum of Dover and Colter Vaughn of Dover; and her siblings, Georgia McPhee of Harrison, Watson (Jim) of Deer and Donald Moore (Sue) of Lead Hill. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Russellville Family Funeral (2757 E Parkway Dr, Russellville, AR 72802). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
