She is survived by: her husband Bill Riggs; her sister Sue Riggs (Roy); her children, David Riggs (Joy), Lori Mahon and Erick Riggs (Kate); her grandchildren, Zachary Riggs, Abby Patterson (Shawn), Blake Mahon (Carley), Samantha Garcia (Daniel) and Drake Riggs; and her great grandchild Weston Garcia. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many close family friends.
