He is survived by: his wife Annie Mixon-Parks; his children, Joe Talley, Albert Parks Jr. of Chicago, Gregory Anderson (Melecia) of Long Beach, Sterling Livingston of Worthington, Ivory Parks (Lourdes) of Tucson, Arizona, Tameka Parks of Chicago and Jacquelyn Parks of Little Rock, Arkansas; and his siblings, Lorene Bell, Gloria Sanders (Williams) of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Isaac Parks (Diane) of Pine Bluff, Ray Parks (Bobbie) of Pine Bluff, Benny Parks of Pine Bluff, Lloyd Parks of South Africa and Willie Parks (Sadie) of Dalton, Illinois.. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
