He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Curtis and Jean Curtis; and his brother Dale Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Curtis of Dumas; his sons, Jeremy Curtis (Shea) of Wynne, Jason Curtis (Alice) of Dumas and Jonathan Curtis of Dumas; his sister Jennifer Curtis Heath of Prescott; his sister-in-law Betty Curtis of Stuttgart; and his grandchildren, Daniel Curtis, Halley Curtis, Madden Curtis, Carly Curtis and Libby Curtis. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Walnut Lake Cemetery.
