He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bell Sr. and Emma Corbin Bell-Mclilly; his grandparents, Spence, Addie Corbin, Dan Bell and Rosie Jackson; and his brother Robert Bell.

He is survived by: his wife Glenda Faye Bell; his children, Millicent Bell, Deborah Bell, Marcus Bell, Corey Bell and Steven Bell; his sisters, Betsy Lambert and Maple Bell; and his grandson Tyler Bell. He is also survived by grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
